If you've found this blog, you are probably dealing with dribbly, messy baby-feeding episodes. Be it bottle, breast or spoon - I'll be posting information on related topics and cool new finds (like our BUNCHEES baby bottle bibs) and other fab new products that are out there for moms and dads. Seriously though, my firstborn was so incredibly messy when it came to bottle feeding that I had to literally change his outfits on a consistent basis. Enter in the second son three years later and it was the same experience all over again.
Dribble, rejected formula, leaky bottles, you name it - my husband and I experienced it. Until the one night when I wrapped an old scrunchie underneath the bottle cap of one of my son's baby bottles and had a sudden moment of clarity. Yes! It seemed so simple, it was literally right in front of me. I just had to act on it - so off I went to my sewing machine and decided to add three little mini-bibs to hold up to my baby's chin. It worked perfectly, absorbed the dribble and nasty bottle leaks so I decided to bring my big idea to market.
So here I am, roughly three years later and having the time of my life as an entrepreneur. I hope that my posts and my products will help you not have to go through what I did. Feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or concerns you may have - I'd love to hear from you!

You have a very inventive product created out of necessity. We moms have to improvise and sometimes the lightbulb just clicks on. I have two kids myself and had the same problem as you. The kids are now 5 and 7 so no need for bottles anymore , although we do still have our fair share of messes.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping you might share with me the steps you took to take your idea from concept to market. I too have an idea that I would like to pursue but have no clue as to where exactly to start. My e-mail is rainae@yahoo.com.
Best wishes for your continued success.
